How to personalise your mug

Choose a design that suits the person you are buying for, then personalise it using the options shown on its product page.

Name-personalised mugs

Enter one name or nickname of up to 20 characters. Use the capital letters, spacing and punctuation you want printed. The design wording is fixed; only the name changes.

Photo and photo-art mugs

Upload the number of photos requested by your chosen design. Use clear JPG or PNG images, adjust the crop and placement, and check the preview. For sketch, cartoon and caricature mugs, review and approve the generated artwork before ordering.

Create your own design

On our create-your-own design mug, describe your idea and enter any exact wording requested by the designer. Review the finished preview before approving it.

Check before ordering

Check spelling, photo cropping and the selected printing option before adding your mug to the bag. We use the details and approved artwork supplied with your order.
