Thank you for shopping with The Happy Mug Shop. Below you’ll find our delivery charges, processing times and how to contact us about your order.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed after noon may begin processing the next business day.

Processing time is additional to the delivery estimates below.

Delivery options and charges

• Standard delivery: £2.95 on orders below £25. Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Free standard delivery on orders of £25 or more. Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Express delivery: £4.99. Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Select your delivery option at checkout. Your delivery charge and order total are displayed before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If you need a mug for a particular date, please contact us before ordering.

Dispatch and tracking

We’ll email you when your order is dispatched. Where tracking is available, your dispatch email will include the tracking details. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear.

Your delivery address

Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We may be able to amend the address before dispatch.

Personalised orders

Please check your names, wording, photographs and approved design before ordering. If you need to make a change, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once production has started.

Lost, damaged or delayed orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery period, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email sales@thehappymugshop.co.uk with your order number and details of the problem.

We’ll investigate with the delivery provider and arrange an appropriate resolution. You do not need to resolve the issue with the courier yourself. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Cancellations and refunds

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation rights depend on whether the goods are personalised and the circumstances of your request.
